Can I install a Seymour Duncan SH-14 Custom 5 bridge pickup on my Ibanez rg350ex?

Yes that is a brilliant choice as a humbucker and it will fit in Ibanez. For the neck, use a different model like the Super Distortion from DiMarzio. They blend well with Seymour duncan with the difference that, DiMarzio have more output and more of a dirty sound.
