Down-Down-Down-Up- P.M. and Up to the other chord Down-Down-Down-P.M.
P.M. : Palm Mute, you must touch strings with the right hand and Down
Chords : Am, F, Dm, G and Am, F, G
For Dm an G, the strumming can be Up- Down-Down-P.M.

Let go of the chord with your left hand but leave your fingers resting on the strings, and strum.
If you’re on an acoustic, you can also palm mute with your right hand at the same time, not at the bridge but a small closer to the sound hole. It’ll sound better.
