You can swap your string gauges but with more tension on the neck from the higher gauge you will want to have your guitar set up – then it will be all adjusted for the new string gauge

as a person who listens to alot of hardcore and metal type bands, id be really interested in hearing what are some of the newer bands of those genres you listen to (you mentioned listening to those genres, but didnt necessarily get on any of those bands for your listens)
