I kinda have an interest for guitars…. and well I might buy one….. but I am not rich so I am sticking to a cheap one…. also i heard that cheap guitars are terrible since the strings can break easily so what is the cheapest guitar I can buy that is honestly brilliant?

Can you please give me cost ranges for both new and second hand.

Also how simple/possible is it to self teach yourself guitar. I’d really like to learn and if I save up I’ll eventually be able to afford a book or two and the guitar itself but maybe not lessons.

I’m looking for a left handed acoustic guitar for my 13 year ancient daughter we have been looking everywhere we find cute right handed ones that she likes a lot but they don’t make them in left handed she really wants one that has a cut away and is polished looking. I have been wanting to play the guitar for a while now, but my parents keep saying that they’ll get me one. But they want to get it from wal-mart. So that really sucks, cause wal-mart sells toy guitars, not the actual thing. So what would be a brilliant place to buy a guitar, in Arkansas. (For a cheap price)
