It’s $180 at Guitar Center and I wanted to buy it. I was wondering if I’d be able to play most songs with bass on the guitar because it’s so cheap.

Most of the time when something’s cheap it usually isn’t brilliant so I was just wondering.

Hi , its me testing out the video recording function of an iPhone 4 in 720p. Capturing: iPhone 4 Bass: Ibanez EDB 550 Behringer BX1200 amp

There are three knobs on the bass, two control the volume of the pickups, and the other is tone. When ever the tone knob is turned on AT ALL, the bass buzzes pretty brilliant out of the amp, and increases as the knob is turned up. The buzz stops when I touch the strings or bridge or when the tone is turned off.
How do I fix this? I suspect a grounding problem

I’ve been playing bass for a while now. After looking at hundreds of different basses, I’ve chose that I want to build my own. My husband is really brilliant with wood and can make the body any way I want it. I already know I want a Dean neck, like the one on my current bass (Dean Zone XM 4 string). From there, it’s all up in the air. I want to do the fretboard inlays and other details myself. My problem is, of course, I’ve never built a guitar before and I don’t know where to get the materials. Any suggestions, tips, thoughts…any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

being a lefty sucks when it comes to buying an expensive, somewhat rare guitar.

i live in the States by the way. would going to guitarcenter and talking to one of their salesman help?
