Prince 20TEN, 360° Record Deals, Beginner Guitar Lessons

www.andrewwasson.com – Prince has chose that his new album will be released in CD format only in Britain’s the Mirror Newspaper. There’ll be no downloads anywhere in the world because of his ongoing battles against the internet. – A subscriber to my site sent me an article that discusses the benefits of something called a 360 degree record deal this week — after reading it — I nearly wondered if Warner Brothers didn’t write the thing themselves! QUESTION OF THE WEEK Q: Andrew, I am a beginner guitarist and I’ve had somewhat of a terrible start. My first teacher didn’t teach me a thing. He would just sit there telling me how cool his band was and how they had all of these fantastic gigs. I didn’t even take out my guitar once! He questioned me to buy a book, but we never even opened it in class. This can’t be typical; can you clarify how you started and what your early experiences were? Also, is there a brilliant modern study method you’d recommend? Karen — Los Angeles, CA.
