Masturbating to build finger strength for guitar playing?

Honest question dont laugh.
I’ve been playing the guitar for about 3 months now and I get really annoyed with how weak my fingers are and I was wondering since Iam a girl would I build finger strength quicker by switching my masturbating hand to the left one? Since I’ve noticed how much stronger my right hand is.

Also, any other thoughts to build finger strength quicker?
Thanks,
I tried using my left hand once and after about an hour and a half I just gave up and fell asleep.
