From the official notes, played full speed and then half speed. Watch in HD expand the picture for a clear view. I used the free programs tuxguitar and camstudio. Note that even though only the top track’s notes are highlighted, both tracks are playing. The second triplet of the lower track is at the same time as the first triplet in the upper track.

I’m going to see Mark Knopfler in concert on Saturday 22 May in Newcastle and thought that this would make an ideal choice to record using my new recording equipment … I’ve since found that I had the mic input set at 6% and so the audio quality is not very brilliant … I’ve been learning it on and off for a few months and just like it every time I play it … sometimes playing it better than others … this is not my best version and the issues with sound quality make me reckon I’ll do it all over again … but for now it’s up and I hope you delight in it.
