I recently started getting guitar lessons. I am paying $15 for a half an hour. Well, the thing is, the guy who teaches me spends half the time writing things down that he is going to show me. He will draw out the chords and write down sentences like, “Remember to pat foot.” I feel like this should be something he should have pre-printed for the lesson and should hand to me and say, “Let’s do this.” Also, he cut my lesson small about 5 minutes yesterday and said that was all he had. Plus he spent the first 1-2 minutes playing around on my guitar. Is this normal practice? Thanks.
