I thought they was both the same guitar you just place the stings on different.

But I seen two or three people on a message board fighting about buying “left-handed” and “right-handed” guitar. some was saying they are to different acoustic guitars and other was saying it the same guitar they are no such a thing as a “left-handed” or “right-handed” acoustic guitar they are just sit up different?

I just held a guitar for the first time, and i realized that when i get my guitar (still saving up money) i’d pick the strings with my left hand and hold the neck of the guitar with my right hand. So do they make guitars that would fit me?

Also, what type of guitar did jimi hendrix play? Was it a bass or electric?

No matter how hard I try I can’t keep my 2nd and 3rd fingers from touching the other strings so that I don’t get a flat note when I strum.

I was given a left handed Gibson C-1 Classic by my brother and I’m left handed. I want to learn to play. A finger placement chart would be a brilliant start. Where can I find it on the web?
