Do I need a sound well to build a resonator guitar if i am using a cigar box as a body?

I am building a resonator guitar at the moment, and i am not sure if i have the room to build a sound well in the body. So i want to know if it is possible for me to get a decent mix of volume and tone without the sound well in the body. Remember that my body is relatively small because i am using a cigar box.

Will I play better using a left handed guitar?

I’m a lefty but I play using a regular right hand guitar set-up like a right hand guitar.

Would I be quicker and more accurate if I figured out how to play again but switching it up?
I haven’t been playing for an imense amount of time, but I already have three guitars! 2 acoustics and 1 electric. I always thought a left handed guitar would be expensive. Maybe they had to be custom made or they were just rare. But if it’s beneficial to start learning on the other hand, that would be cool. I could play a song and then switch it up with the next song! lol

How to use headphones with an Electric Guitar without using an Amp / effects processor?

I know that Electric Guitars and other such pickup-based Electric string instruments have a different impedance level than that of, say, regular stereo headphones. Thus, if one plugs in their headphones directly into the instrument, its going to get hurt. To avoid this problem, one uses the ‘headphone out’ jack on their guitar amp / effects processor to connect their headphones. My question is , is there a much simpler passive device that can be place between the headphones and the guitar? I really want to play my guitar without having to carry a bulky effects processor (which requires a power supply) or an amp.

Hip Cm7 bass lick using the Bb Major pentatonic scale

I now give online private One on one lessons: www.ashburymusichall.com The backing track can be downloaded from playbassnow.com (you need to register first) playbassnow.com An example of getting out of the root note box when improvising fills and solos. Our trusted pentatonic scale the Major pentatonic (1, 2, 3, 5, 6) is used for more advanced sinister purposes: Even if you are playing over a Cm7 chord, STOP thinking dorian and minor pentatonic from the root D, but reckon MAJOR and major pentatonic starting on Bb (the b7 of Cm7). And another way of looking at it : Cm7 is the second (llm) step/mode of the Bb major scale (l) so the notes are the same , we just emphasize other scale steps most vital we DONT emphasize the root C For this fill im using only notes from the Bb Major pentatonic scale to make it even simpler and most bassplayers have that scale in their fingers allready Really different patterns will appear on your fretboard , when you reckon in other scale degrees than the root, and you will make up new hipper lines.
