I reckon I’ve hear Paganini’s Violin Concerto No. 2 Mov. III “La Campanella” played on the guitar once or twice. It is an extremely powerful and dark piece that requires a lot of practice. If you’re up for it and practice it faithfully, you will be amazed by the intensity of this piece.
Bach’s Cello Prelude from suite no. 1 works out rather well on classical guitar, I played it ALL THE TIME.
